Being that we are continually striving for the best living for our 4 legged friends, we have been investigating their diets. We have come to the conclusion that a raw diet is the way to go. Dog Gone Bakery & Kiosk is now carrying raw foods for cats and dogs.The food comes in frozen patties 1/4 lb - 1 lb size, with, or without fruit and vegetables mixed right in to the patty, or you can get the vegetable patty by itself and mix it as needed. We have brochures on all manufacturers that we carry.This diet will help gastric problems, teeth problems, smaller stools, less smell and your animal will feel full and not always begging for more food. If your 4 legged friend is a fussy eater they won’t be anymore, they just dive into this food. Have a look at this new diet and see what you think. We will try to answer any of your questions. It is the best thing we have come across for our two dogs and one cat.

In May 2006, Barney and Liz began walking my dog, Striker. Like many people with busy lives, having a special pet requiring regular exercise became a personal dilemma. After researching many options I decided to “test drive” Liz and Barney of Walk-A-Do. I had an immediate like, as did my boy Striker, for both individuals. Additionally, I called some of their clients and asked them to share their experiences with Walk-A-Do and all gave glowing reports.

Striker is a Champion show dog, but more importantly he’s a member of our family. It took a lot for me to trust other people with my dog, but he is a well adjusted, well socialized animal, and that is in part due to the care given to him by Liz and Barney. I trust them having access to my home, and more importantly taking care of my boy.

Recently, I’ve changed Striker’s diet to raw food on the recommendation of Liz and Barney. Previously, Striker experienced problems with bowel movements, lack of appetite and a dull coat. After researching raw diet options and the overall health benefits associated with the ingredients, not to mention a 30% increase in average life span, I made the switch. Striker has been on the raw diet for 3 months now and I see a huge improvement in all areas.

Bottom line, I am confident Liz and Barney will be walking my dogs for many years to come.
